REFUND POLICY RELATED TO CLAIMS SERVICES
According to the terms and conditions of Gravamen Consultants Ltd contract for services regarding claims signed in the premises of the company, in case the clients decide to cancel the contract for services, no refund is applicable, unless Gravamen Consultants Ltd fails to provide the service. Regarding the distance or off-premises contract for claims services, a full refund is applicable if the consumer cancels within the 14 days cancellation period. If a consumer cancels the distance or off-premises contract for claims services after the expiry of the cancellation period, no refund is applicable, unless Gravamen Consultants Ltd fails to provide the service.
